Project Details

The Project proposes to transform an approximately 6.26-acre site into a new mixed-use community comprised of 1,800 sf of neighborhood commercial and 173 multi-family apartment homes while at the same time preserving the existing riparian corridor on the property. Situated at the corner of Thurber Lane and Soquel Drive, the Project offers the unique opportunity to provide the community with a central neighborhood gathering space connected by a walking path to Winkle Park and the greater neighborhood, while also offering much-needed workforce housing options in proximity to jobs and transit.
