Chris Blees is an Investment Manager at Anton DevCo, partnering with the investment team on new and existing project strategy and analysis. Chris is additionally responsible for executing both debt and equity financing, in addition to managing dispositions, for Anton’s project portfolio.

Chris most recently served as a portfolio manager at Buzz Oats Real Estate, responsible for managing a $470M portfolio of office, industrial, and R&D assets, as well as overseeing all acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of the company. In his time at Buzz Oates, Blees completed over $400M in total transaction volume. Prior to Buzz Oates, Chris served on the West Coast acquisitions team for Stockbridge Capital Group, where he and the team were responsible for executing acquisitions totaling over $1B for both commingled funds and institutional separate account clients. Chris began his career as an intern with Anton Dev Co in Southern California and is excited to be back on the team.
