Steve Eggert is Founder of Anton DevCo. After practicing real estate law for five years, Steve became a successful multifamily community real estate developer, with a particular focus on entitlements and financing. Following his nearly 30 years of industry leadership, he now serves in an advisory role as investor, mentor, and Chairman of the Board of Anton DevCo. Prior to real estate, Steve served as a U.S. Army officer and Airborne Ranger stationed in Germany patrolling the Iron Curtain. Steve and his wife have three grown daughters.
