Anton DevCo’s Director of Development Services, Rachel Green, plays an integral role in many critical aspects of the business. Rachel oversees strategic analysis, entitlement processes, finance, and management of all development projects. She coordinates with business associates and community partners to achieve Anton’s visionary design intent and ensures the creation of distinct and enduring communities. Rachel has over 15 years experience in the real estate industry, focusing primarily on multifamily communities. Her extensive real estate background includes the strategic planning, entitlement, affordable housing finance, and development of over 5,800 multifamily units.
