As Director of Development, Garrett Borges is responsible for leading and directing due diligence, design, entitlement, permitting, and construction for Anton’s development projects. Garrett assembles project consultants and contractors, aids in creating and reporting project financial data, works directly with City officials to obtain necessary approvals/permits, and manages project construction through completion and lease up.

Garrett’s real estate career began by founding a single-family home rehabilitation company in the Bay Area in 2010. That eventually led Garrett to manage developments with a Bay Area developer, where he was able to diversify his experience in several product types before joining Anton in 2019. To date, Garrett has had the opportunity to manage developing 485,000sf of commercial projects, 645 hospitality units, and 1,900 residential units.
